It is the renter's responsibility to request and obtain a written notice of the renting, refund and cancellation policy from the advertiser. Fubra Ltd. is not responsible for the refund of rental fees, security deposits or other fees for any reason.

Rental agreements and contracts

Qualification of all renters is the sole responsibility of the property owner or agent. All rental agreements and contracts are direct from the property owner or agent to the renter and must be enforced as such regardless of whether a Fubra Ltd. marketing agent arranged the rental.

Availability of service

If the operator of RentalsFrance.com is unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, neither Fubra Ltd., nor its owners are liable to the property owners for any costs beyond the prorated costs for the services not provided. Fubra Ltd. does not guarantee that its web site will be available 100% of the time.

Services not provided

Fubra Ltd is not directly involved in the renting, listing or selling of real estate. We do not represent the buyer or seller and do not receive a commission on the sale of any property. We do not provide real estate or legal advice. Legal counsel should be obtained in processing real estate transactions.

Fubra Ltd is solely a provider of web pages and web placement.
