A self-contained apartment suitable for a single person or couple. A beautifully presented and well equipped apartment of 3 rooms. Available all year. Weekend or midweek breaks also welcome.
A living/ bedroom with plenty of storage, double bed and relaxing corner with settee.
A dining/kitchen (full cooker with hob & grill, fridge with ice box, microwave, kettle and coffemaker) circular table and chairs. A shower room with wc. The accommodation has been created whilst retaining characters of the original rooms. This apartment has been converted from an original reception room of the winemaker and retains many original features. There is an original marble fireplace, traditional tiled floors and decorative plasterwork on ceiling and walls plus large shuttered French windows which allow access to a small balcony at the front of the house. The apartment is at the front of the house facing east so the morning sun floods the apartment through the floor to ceiling french doors. The apartment is centrally heated for the cooling winter evening and so makes a perfect base from which to explore the area, househunt, holiday or just spend some quality time in the relaxing sunshine of the south of France. For those who must there is access to the internet via WIFI within the apartment! The house contains communal facilities including a large sun terrace containing a barbecue and dining tables and chairs sufficient for all apartments. There is also a recreation room containing a comfortable seating area with settees and chairs, full size table tennis table, baby football and a selection of board games and books. There is also a 'house computer' located within this room for anyone unwilling (or unable!) to bring their computer with them ( use it to confirm your return flights and save yourslves a few euros!). This room remains at a constantly comfortable temperature during the summer months. WIFI is now available in the Balcony apartment and most communal areas within the house. There is a communal washing machine and drying facilities are available
